In the breathtaking beauty of Jackson Hole, I had the honor of capturing a surprise proposal at the top of the Snow King Mountain.
The groom’s mother hired me to help plan the perfect moment, with both families involved. We all took the gondola up 30 minutes early to find the ideal spot — a serene clearing under a tree with the Tetons as the stunning backdrop. We set up a cozy scene with a cowhide rug, champagne, glasses, and dried flowers.
As the couple approached, I pretended to be a landscape photographer. When the groom led his bride to the spot, her surprise was evident, and tears filled her eyes as he knelt down to propose. Shortly after, both families came out from their hiding places to celebrate, creating a heartwarming moment of love and joy.
